February is also the most romantic month of the year, with an entire day dedicated to reminding us to celebrate those we hold dear. We emphasize our love and/or infatuation. We show them that someone appreciates and honors them, and we tell them that they are loved.
Have you ever experienced the fullness of God’s love? In God’s Love: The Greatest Gift Bible Reading Plan, you will not only see just how deep the love of God is for us but also learn how to love the way that Jesus loves.
As we focus this month on God’s Love the Greatest Gift, we will explore his longing for us to know his love. There is nothing more transformative than encountering the love of God. It changes everything about us and our lives.
Every one of us needs to be reminded of the depth and height of his love on a regular basis, and it’s my prayer that today we can take some time to do so. May you never be the same again.
Romans 5:8 says, “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” God demonstrated his love for us on the cross. But the cross also serves as a reminder that God will, now and forever, continually pour out his love. Not only did he commit a powerful act of love then, but he also makes his love available to us now.

God’s Love in Us
Have you ever studied how much God really loves you? God’s Love: The Greatest Gift Bible reading plan and journal provides you with 29 Scripture references that are perfect for one month of welcoming God’s love into your daily living.
You’ll find yourself reminded that God loves you beyond your comprehension and you’ll be encouraged to show your love to him in return.
God is love! Love is who He is. The point is not simply that God “loves,” but that he is love itself. Love is not merely one of his attributes, but his very nature. The Scripture say, “And we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him” (1 John 4:16).
“And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.” I John 4:16 NKJV
God’s love touches every part of our life. Nothing – no calling or circumstance, no adversity or advancement, no pain or promotion, no status or station – escapes God’s love. God’s love bleeds into every fabric and fiber of our lives.
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38
Here are five ways highlighting God’s love the greatest gift:
1. Unconditional Love: God’s love is often described as unconditional and unwavering. It isn’t dependent on one’s actions or circumstances but is offered freely to everyone.
2. Sacrificial Nature: The belief in God’s sacrificial love is central to many religions. For example, in Christianity, God’s ultimate sacrifice through Jesus Christ is seen as the epitome of love and the greatest gift to humanity.
3. Source of Hope and Strength: Many find solace and strength in God’s love, which provides hope in times of hardship and guidance through life’s challenges.
4. Transformative Power: God’s love is believed to have the power to transform individuals, encouraging personal growth, forgiveness, and the pursuit of a righteous path.
5.Eternal and Everlasting: Unlike human love, which can be fleeting, God’s love is often viewed as eternal. This provides a sense of security and permanence, knowing that one is always loved.

A Prayer for February
Help me, Lord, to have faith in Your love even when I’m going through an impossible situation. Help me never to forget that You are always for me, defending me and fighting for me. Your love for me never ends.. In Jesus Name. Amen.
My prayer is that as you reflect on God’s love this month that your faith will be strengthened and you’ll be inspired to rework plans, take a second look at your challenges, try again, press forward, and push for excellence in whatever you do. Jesus saved us and we have hope and a future – that’s the love of God! The very least we can do is live and act like we believe it!
Forever Love!
Joyce!
